Do I need to sign up?Yes. Setting up an account will allow you to order without having to fill in your details every time you shop with us. Can you provide more information about a product?We try to publish as much useful info as we can about all our products to help you buy the things that will suit you best. If you have any question, please contact our Customer Service at the Contact Us page quoting the product name or description, and we’ll answer all your questions and help you find the items that best meet your wishes. |

A product is showing as « out of stock », will you be selling it again?We know it's disappointing when items are out of stock! And we really do try to make sure this doesn't happen, but unfortunately if everyone else wants it too, an item can disappear from stock very quickly.We don’t often reorder the same items, so if an item is showing out of stock, it will be difficult to see it again as available during the current season. There's also a chance that an item might not be available if there are fewer than three showing as "in-stock". We do regular stock-takes and the level should be accurate, though there may be occasionally a small discrepancy. We feel that it is important to warn customers about this at this stage rather than few of them being disappointed (to say the least) later on. |

Payments |

What form of payment can I use?You can pay by Credit Card, Paypal balance, or by Bank Transfer. For payments with Credit Card or Paypal please click the "Paypal or Credit Card " button at the end of the checkout process. We've now added the payment by bank transfer! Simply proceed with your order, get our bank account details in your e-mail and transfer the order amount to our bank account. Then please e-mail us valid payment proof in 3 working days. We will process your order and you'll get your items right afterwards! Please bear in mind that Petit Patapon will not support bank transfer charges. Although this is the customer's responsability, if the costs seem too high, just get in contact with us so we can help find another way. When you pay by bank transfer please don't forget to mention your name and order number in the e-mail containing the valid payment proof! We take security very seriously and we assure your details will be safe with us.

Do I have to pay customs and import charges?Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting. Petit Patapon does not support any associated taxes, duties or customs fees. However we do our best for you not to be charged with any other costs other than the ones displayed at checkout. |

What happens if my order is divided in two deliveries - am I expected to pay postage twice?No, you only pay one lot of postage per order, regardless of how many parcels we send out to you. |

What’s your return policy?At Petit Patapon, we stand behind the quality of our merchandise.If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at the following email address: marion@petitpatapon.com Returns are always accepted within 30 work days after receiving your goods as long as the garments are unwashed, unworn and with original tags attached. We will either refund the purchase price or replace the items according to your request. Orders which have benefited from a promotional code or any offer will not benefit either from a credit note nor refund unless otherwise decided by PPV. Please bear in mind that your request will immediately be taken care of and if we've made a mistake with your order, we will refund the postage. When will I receive my refund?We will process a refund within 3 days of receiving your parcel, and email to let you know we have received and processed it.After you've received your email, please allow up to 30 working days for the refund to be credited on your account. The amount of time this takes will depend on which bank or card issuer you're with, and we have no control over it. We will credit your refund to the same card you used when you placed your order.
